Explorers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, Ages 4–6Ages 4–6

Explorers

A fun, safe first step onto the mats for our youngest students. Through age-appropriate games and drills, kids develop coordination, confidence, and comfort with appropriate physical contact — while learning to speak with strength and respect, and to handle difficult situations with courage.

Warriors Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, Ages 7–10Ages 7–10

Warriors

Our Level 1 program for elementary-age kids. Focused on standing tall and speaking with confidence, respectfully setting and enforcing boundaries, developing the self-control to respond rather than react, and learning core self-defense skills that stop aggression while doing as little harm as possible.

Samurai Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, Ages 11–15Ages 11–15

Samurai

Our Level 2 program for kids approaching adulthood — physically and mentally more demanding. Builds on earlier training with tools for handling more aggressive physical situations, defending against larger and stronger opponents, and making the kinds of choices that lead to safer, happier lives.
